Kirsteen started her communications career seventeen years ago in direct marketing on financial services clients NatWest and Santander at TBWA\GGT. Lured by the glamour of advertising she moved to Grey London where she spent seven years working on Global clients, P&G, GSK and SEAT, in addition to The Parkinsons Disease Society. Looking for further adventure, she took to freelancing with stints at Leo Burnett on Always, Wieden + Kennedy on Tesco and TBWA\London for a spot of Nissan. Her last freelance stop was DLKW London, where she fell in love with the agency, hung up her hat and joined the team in 2013 to run Morrisons and The Samaritans. She then became the Head of Account Management. As well as her management duties, she currently oversees Post Office, FSCS (Financial Services Compensation Scheme), British Heart Foundation, NHS Blood Transfusion and National Trust.
Kirsteen has a love of fashion, bringing colour to the office with a plethora of bold outfits and spontaneous bouts of singing and dancing to Michael Jackson hits.
