In the last decade, our creative work for the National Art Pass has helped double the number of members to over 150,000. As the likelihood of these passholders renewing their membership increases the more art they see, Art Fund wanted to create a series of communications highlighting the best exhibitions around and persuading their members to get out and use their pass.
Our ‘Seven Questions with…’ series launched in 2018, with renowned artist Jonathan Yeo visiting the Rodin exhibition at the British Museum. Since then, we’ve sent Sophie Ellis-Bextor to see Burne-Jones at the Tate, grilled Sadie Clayton on Friday Kahlo and found out how to pronounce Van Gogh from Helen McCrory.
Selecting talent with a tangible link to the exhibition in question, but an oeuvre and fame that is not directly linked to the subject matter, our latest film features Jonathan Ross answering seven questions after his visit to the Manga exhibition at the Barbican.
The films run on Art Fund owned social channels and are sent to subscribers to the fortnightly newsletter, with cutdowns promoted in digital and social paid media channels.
