Jo is our CSO responsible for strategic excellence across the whole agency.
She is fascinated by the world of human behaviour, blending a passion for social change with a belief that brands can, and do, play a fundamental role in society.
Prior to joining us, Jo worked at 23red specialising in behaviour change, brand and marketing strategy and integrated communications planning for the likes of the Electoral Commission, Public Health England, The Equality and Human Rights Commission and Network Rail among many others.
Jo sits on both the Effectiveness Leadership and the Professional Development groups at the IPA, is a NABS Fast Forward Mentor and a Fellow of the RSA. She’s very proud to have been part of the team that originated Stoptober, the world-class initiative to reduce smoking prevalence; a campaign for which she co-authored the IPA Effectiveness Gold winning paper with Public Health England.
